Geocomputation Registration

The Registration Fees are as follows. All fees are in Australian dollars.

The payment system accepts only visa or mastercard.
If you are paying by cheque then write it out to GeoComputation, School of BEES, UNSW.
Unfortunately the University of New South Wales only accepts Australian cheques.

Note: A small number of people have had difficulties with the online registration system.

Registration fee includes conference attendance, e-proceedings and other documentation, coffee/tea during breaks, lunches (on Mon and Tue), ice-breaker reception (Mon evening), conference dinner (Tuesday evening) and bus transfer to/from conference dinner.
To be eligible for the student fee, the participants need to present a valid proof of their student status
(undergraduate/postgraduate/PhD students) when registering, i.e. a certificate from their university, a copy of a student ID card or similar.

Accommodation
Accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Participants will need to arrange their own accomodation.
Student colleges
As is traditional for GeoComputation conferences, delegate accommodation will be available in student colleges. This can be booked with them directly.
Shalom College offers single rooms. Accommodation includes breakfast. Rooms with ensuite are $85, rooms with common bathroom are $65. Contact Roger at shalom@shalom.edu.au for the booking form and further details.
New College offers a self-catering option. Rooms have ensuite and cost $85. Accommodation does not include breakfast. Contact Katarina at conferences@newcollege.unsw.edu.au for the booking form and further details.
Hotels and B&Bs
For more standard hotel accommodation please consult the numerous accommodation websites. Make sure you search for a location near to Randwick.
Hotels Combined is a booking system which offers an educational discount (a rebate equal to 10% of the total cost of stay). A selection of hotels near to UNSW for the period of the conference is at this link. Instructions for obtaining the discount can be found at http://www.hotelscombined.com/Education_Support. Note that the rebate requires a PayPal account.
